Training:

Initial training consists of 3-days on site going through all phases of the business from cradle-to-grave. Ongoing support of daily/weekly emails, phone calls and anything to help support the franchise to make sure they do not feel like “they are on an island”

We have a conference in January each year in Dayton, OH during the Flyin’ to the Hoop tourney (www.flyintothehoop.com) that we own/manage to:

  • Give training to the franchisees
  • Allow for brainstorming and networking amongst the franchisees
  • Give them VIP access to the 4-day event to enjoy and learn from.
