2 Week Executive Training Program: 2 week program in which franchisee and executives of the franchisee company get an overview of the day to day operations and financial operations of the business

4-6 Week Store Management Training Program: 4-6 week training program in which 5 individuals are selected as the management staff of the restaurant are sent through training with the corporate operations staff. Throughout the training process the corporate staff identifies and or disqualifies the following positions: General Manager, Assistant Manager, 3 Shift Leaders. Training takes 4-6 weeks dependent upon the capabilities of the management staff candidates that are sent through training during this time.
