It all starts with two weeks of comprehensive training at our national training and support center in Seattle, Washington, followed by nearly one week of local market training in the franchise territory. The first week is dedicated to technical training where new partners get certified in water damage restoration (WRT & ASD). The second week is dedicated to business training with some in-field practice. Franchise partners receive personalized training and hands-on experience in each business skill area - sales and marketing, administration, and technical. Our operations manual, support webinars, and active coaching programs keep franchise partners on track and focused.
