The average franchise supports approximately 20 Vacation Consultants working in the office who operate as Independent Contractors paid by commission only. A franchise may also support an unlimited number of Independent Consultants working from home. As the business grows, Centers may choose to hire a Cruise Sales Manager paid as an employee to provide additional support and handle administrative duties.
